Instead, through consistent, committed discipleship based on God’s Word, countless people have uncovered and found freedom from struggles like substance abuse, codependency, pornography, eating disorders, pride, depression, fear, control, emotional/physical abuse, same-sex attraction, people-pleasing, anger, obsessive thoughts, and more.

Because lasting freedom comes from a relationship with Christ, re:generation offers daily curriculum that includes personal reflection questions, Scripture memory, and prayer.

5. PARTICIPANTS LEARN THE ESSENTIALS OF A SPIRITUAL HEALTH

Participants learn how to identify idols, develop repentance plans, make peace with others, and handle conflict biblically.

6. DESIGNED TO REVEAL UNDERLYING WORSHIP ISSUES

Mixed-issue groups and strategically designed curriculum put the focus on universal underlying heart issues rather than behavior modification.

7. ENCOURAGES CHURCH PARTICIPATION

Isolation is unhealthy. Participants are encouraged to pursue church membership and find mentors in their home church.

How does it work?

Re:generation is a 12-step program that outlines the biblical transformation process within the context of small groups. Participants begin in a newcomers or “groundwork” group. Participants who demonstrate commitment are placed in closed step-groups with a set number of participants and leaders, where they will progress through the steps as a group using daily curriculum for the next 8 to 10 months.
